while still keeping that rarity in the game. It increases the loot table and whips out an entire tier of rarity. You also seem like the type to praise ancients, not realizing it is one of the biggest itemization flaws of D3. Or did you not for get it increases the loot table making it harder to get the items you want. I also have a feeling you are like most of the people begging for new sets. or did you forget that vanilla capped paragon at 100. something that you failed to understand is that power creep was baking in the game since RoS launch. I don't think you've ever played seasons based on your reaction.Īlso, you seem to be bitching about power creep. heck the most broken theme thus far is still season 19. You act like 13 legendary gems adds much power creep. Lvl100 gain 10% dmg reduction for every enemy chilled or frozen. Lvl25: You gain 50% increased chance to critically strike chilled or frozen enemies. Lvl0: Your cold skills now apply a chill effect and your chill effect now have a chance to slow enemy movement speed freeze enemies by an addition 5.0% There should be an offensive and defense affix for the same gem. Ultimately, I think LGs need a tier 3 (lvl100) affix. Now, if this becomes a hit, then Blizzard can implement it globally. Yes, the idea was sadly taken from all the hackers on switch with 3x sockets on non existent items. and if you collect 10x Ramaladni's Gift, you can transmute it to 1x RP. Now the way to socket the gear to equip LG, would be to introduce a new item called "Ramaladni's Prime" (or some kind of consumable). This will also be a good way to buff some under used LG. My idea for the next big thing for S25 would be able to socket every item in the game with a legendary gem (LG). If Ethereals is transferred globally, we know those weapons will get rebalanced. So far of the theme era, the only theme that was able to transfer to live server was Legacy of Dreams. Before this era we had legendary exclusives. As we know with the current era of D3, Blizzard implemented seasonal themes.
